New alliance offers total video solution for media relations

Glide Technologies, the leading provider of PR and Communications web-based software, is joining forces with BroadView, to offer clients a total video communications package.

Glide has enhanced the video capabilities of its product as a result of client feedback and the changes in the media industry. Clients with a Glide powered online media centre can now add video clips throughout the site and store them in the resource library - either streaming or as downloadable files (click here to watch a demo). They can also enhance the impact of press releases by adding multiple videos to press releases.
By using video clips on the online media centre and within press releases, PR and Communications teams can enhance their engagement with not only the traditional press, but also the blogger community and social media audience, who are becoming more and more important to media relations teams.

With a strong TV news background, BroadView is perfectly placed to consult with Glide’s clients – new and existing – to help clients fully integrate video content into their PR strategy. Video is produced in formats which can be reused by media and blogger sites, the broadcast media and other target audiences. A lot of PR can now be virtualised through the use of online press conferences and webcasting of events, and this can all be delivered via the Glide media platform.
