At Land Securities annual Management conference Land Securities Trilium wanted to tell the story of how the properties they manage interact with people who live in the UK. To film at all the venues in the UK would have been too expensive so BroadView developed an animated story following a character called Brian and discovering how he interacted with Trilium throughout his life. The animation was told in the style of a fairytale and was an easily understood story which could put LST’s key messages across in 3 minutes
